Myung Joo commits suicide and leaves everyone clueless. After her funeral, Soo Chang resigns from the hospital and moves out of Sky Castle. In his place, Hwang Chi Young, a new hire appointed by the hospital’s president, fills both his position and his house at Sky Castle.
